Create Extra Space With Our House Extensions in Sutton & Wimbledon
If you want to add space to your property, and a loft or garage conversion is either impossible, inconvenient or has already been carried out – house extensions are ideal. They’re a fantastic way to add a large chunk of space to use however you see fit. 3D Design & Build Ltd is a fully qualified team of experienced house builders, who have constructed countless single-storey and multi-storey house extensions throughout our hometown of Wimbledon, nearby Sutton, and all surrounding areas.
Some clients turn house extensions into extra-bedrooms, which can have a huge effect on the value of a property due to how prized they are. Others use house extensions to expand their kitchen, creating an open-plan layout which is more conducive to modern living. It’s completely down to you. Our team handles every aspect of an extension in-house. The groundworks, bricklaying, electrics, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling and everything else needed to get the new space up and running. This is convenient as not only do you get a consistent, high standard of workmanship in every element of an extension – but also you don’t have to phone around finding all sorts of different Sutton and Wimbledon specialists… not only a nuisance logistically, but expensive!
Keep in mind we offer guarantees on all projects we complete, and house extensions are no different. Contact us for a free, no obligation quote and to find out exactly how long we can provide a guarantee. It’s on a case-by-case basis, but three months is the bare minimum. For existing clients around Sutton, Wimbledon and surrounding locales, we provide 24/7 coverage if you require assistance with any aspect of the completed job.
