• Single-storey house extension aren’t over 4m tall (8m for double-storey house extensions)
• Side house extensions shouldn’t exceed the half the original home’s width
• Single-storey house extensions shouldn’t extend further than 4m (detached) or 3m (attached) past the original property
• The eaves/ridge height of house extensions shouldn’t be higher than existing home
